Cicis offers a comprehensive training program at our Support Center in Irving, Texas. The course includes both classroom and in-store training at one of our corporate restaurants. Typically, the training program is 5 weeks for an experienced operator but may require additional training in a restaurant in your market.
With an in-house real estate department, Cicis works with local real estate brokers to identify a suitable site for your new restaurant. We typically look for a 3200 – 4000 square foot highly visible retail restaurant space that is located in trade areas offering a strong combination of residential and daytime populations, retail presence and complementary QSRs.
Our construction department assists in managing the construction process from start to finish. Our team will assist you in selecting approved general contractors and architects that will ensure that the Cicis restaurant is built to brand standards.
Cicis provides on-going support for our Strategic Partners (Franchisees) to assist in growing your business. Each Strategic Partner is assigned a dedicated Franchise Business Consultant who is readily available to tend to your needs in on-going operational and business counseling.
Your Cicis marketing works to develop year-round marketing and media plans for release of new products and key sales initiatives. From product innovation testing to digital support and in-house creative, your marketing needs are kept a priority with a dedicated Field Marketing Specialist who provides counseling when needed.
